AHU Flat Pack Install – Call Centre Milton Keynes

CLP Air Group successfully installed a 7.0m³/s heat recovery AHU and two smaller units through a restricted 1000mm x 1000mm access opening. Expert planning, precision engineering, and a three-day installation ensured a seamless, high-efficiency solution.

Project Overview

A client approached CLP Air Group with a unique challenge: Can you fit a 7.0m³/s heat recovery AHU, along with two smaller units, in a plant room via a restricted 1000mm x 1000mm access opening—followed by a two-metre drop to the plant room floor?

Our answer: Yes, we can!

Meeting the Challenge

With such tight access constraints, a fully flat-pack installation was the only viable solution. Our engineers carefully planned and executed the delivery, ensuring all AHU components could be safely manoeuvred through the restricted entry point and reassembled on-site.
