Santander’s Glasgow and Sheffield branches required AHU refurbishment. CLP Air Group modernised the systems with energy-efficient upgrades, improving reliability and performance.
Santander faced significant challenges with their ageing AHU system, which had been part of the initial building design over 25 years ago. The equipment was beginning to fail due to age, and it no longer met current building regulations, occupancy changes, and new usage demands. The refurbishment required both upgrades to the existing system and the addition of new equipment to ensure optimal performance.
CLP Air Group was tasked with modernising the AHU systems in Santander’s Glasgow and Sheffield sites. The project required addressing the outdated technology while ensuring compliance with new building regulations and energy efficiency standards. Additionally, the new equipment needed to integrate seamlessly into the existing infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption during the refurbishment process.
The refurbished AHUs are now equipped with state-of-the-art technology, providing improved energy efficiency and reliability. The updated systems meet the increased demands of the buildings and the latest regulations, enhancing comfort and performance at Santander’s Glasgow and Sheffield branches.
“A seamless operation by the CLP Air Group team. Excellent service and all works carried out during a live building operation with minimal disruption.
